Rental Policy

 A valid driver’s license or I.D. card is required for ALL rentals.


Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.


Please call for item availability. Reservations are welcome on most items.


Delivery and pick-up are available at the renter’s expense. Please call for the charge to your specific location.


Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.


Satisfactory proof of insurance.


Equipment must be cleaned before it is returned or a cleaning charge will apply.

Repair or replace any damages incurred to machine including glass, or a charge will be added.


Unit rented may not be assigned, operated, or used by any party other than customer on file.

Return machine full of fuel. A fuel charge will be added if machine is returned not full.


Credit Card Convenience Fee: 3% for totals exceeding $1,000.00. 


A damage deposit will be required by credit card to secure the rental and act as a damage deposit until the equipment is returned to the North Country Equipment lot. 


Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee.


 As a part of your rental agreement, renters are responsible for checking fluids and grease on the equipment daily. Should an issue arise with the rented equipment, renters are responsible for reaching out to our office in order to notify our maintenance department of the issue reported.


Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
